He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Butcher and Erma Butcher (Noga). He is survived by: his wife Arlene Butcher; his daughters, Kerry Kelly and Rhonda Swindell (Michael); his grandchildren, Riley Swindell and Dakota Perrine; and his great grandchild Maverick Perrine.
