She was predeceased by: her parents, Litt Golden and Ella Golden; her sons, Anthony and Perry Harper; her siblings, Josie Wright, Charlene Golden, Betty Lou Lewis, Willie C. Golden, Charles and Larry Golden; her nieces, Maxine Golden and Marquita Brown; her great-niece Anazia "Bree Bree" Golden; and her great-nephews, Alphonso Golden and Marchez Shields.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery, John, Gregory and Jermaine Harper; her siblings, Johnnie Golden, Luberta Williams (Jesse), James Golden (Melma), Litt Golden Jr. and James Moore; her daughter-in-law Mary Petty; her niece Cassandra Golden; and her close friend Khadijah Grant. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the United Baptist Church - Akron (1007 S Hawkins Ave, Akron, OH 44320). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at the Greenlawn Cemetery (2580 Romig Rd, Akron, OH 44320).
