It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty J. Postiach (Akron, Ohio), who passed away on November 21, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Fry and Marie Fry (Wilson); her daughter Christine; her granddaughter Courtney; her brother Glenn; and her mother-in-law Barb.
She is survived by: her husband James; her daughters, Melissa Hitzka (Nate) and Sherrie; her grandchildren, Deven, Chelsey and Mason Hitzka; and her great grandchildren, Layla and Layden Hitzka.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home (760 E Market St, Akron, OH 44305). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
