We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Betty Jeanne Beech of Akron, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Scrimshaw and Frances Scrimshaw; and her brother Robert Brown of Geneva, OH.. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Beech (Claudi), Cindy Beech and Scott Beech (Tracy Cavone); and her grandchildren, Rachel Beech, Nigel Beech, Chrissie Cortright, Denise Pistak and Angie Smith. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel (1990 S Main St, Akron, OH 44301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Unionville Cemetery.
