It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha L. Jones (Akron, Ohio), who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Stevens and Susanne Stevens; her husband Hue Jones II; and her siblings, Peggy Evans (John), Roger Stevens, Shirley Kelly, Kenneth Stevens, Doris Lightner (Joe), Margaret Leggett (Pete), Ruth Mary Pelly, Janet Ankrom (Dick) and Libby Moreland (Dave).
She is survived by: her children, Hue Jones III, Angela LeMasters and Melissa Dyrlund (Jeff); her grandchildren, Robert McLean (Shannon), Justin LeMasters (Taylor), Tyler Dyrlund, Carson Dyrlund, Alex Tokarski and Viviane Cornell; her great grandchildren, Aviannah, Lincoln, Evelyn and Raden; her siblings, Joyce Mangus, Patricia Cottrell (Mack), Evelyn Stevens (Calvin), Donald Stevens (Janis) and Walter Stevens; and her siblings-in-law, Loreen Stevens, Cynthis Stevens and Craig Kelly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
