He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Harper; and his wife Geraldine "Gerri" Harper. He is survived by: his son Terrence "Terry" Harper (Therese); his grandchildren, Shannon Lalonde (Dan), Stephanie Jones (Joshua) and Kaitlin Harper; and his great grandchildren, Freyja, Saoirse, Elijah, Shannon, Mike, Ben, Molly and Celia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ohio Veterans Memorial Park in Clinton, OH or One of a Kind Pet Rescue in Bert's name.
