He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rardin and Cecilia Rardin (McShefferty); his wife Roberta (Salzman); his daughter Clarissa; and his son-in-law Jerry Cleland.
He is survived by: his children, Rev. Thomas Rardin (Christine), Gerry Rardin (Jan), Elizabeth Fisher (Joseph) and Robert Rardin (Tracey); and his grandchildren, Sarah Ann Vroman (Donald), Rebekah Sperling (Christopher), Hannah Welch (Casey), Luke Cleland (Nicole), Maureen Pittman (Jason), Paul Cleland (Gina), Mary Cleland, Tony Cleland (Kristin), Hope Hoffer (Brian), Stefanie Bollock (Doug), Abby Grider (Brent), David Rardin (Lauren), Jennifer Kasper, Maria Baer (Aaron), Joseph Fisher (Julia), Lisa Rardin and Catherine Rardin. He is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
