Blackwell Sr.; his children, Tanisha Williams, Waltae Lawson, Te'Maria Blackwell, Bethany Robinson and Tina Harris; his siblings, Evelyn, Brenda, Shirley, Carolyn, Celia (Steven), Willie (Skipper), Kenneth, Ralph and Anton; his close friends, Marvin Shepherd, David Shepherd Jr. (Shawana) and Rolnathan Bullock; and his friend April Smith. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
