He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Ben Surblis (Denise) and Beth Ogg (Jeff); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Nic), Emily (Colton), Casey (Craig), Tyler (Jordan), Kyle (Emily), Nate (Chelsy) and Natalie (Jimmy); his great grandchildren, Ryder, Max, Trevor, Finley, Jack, Avery, Finn, Archie and Casen; and his nephews, Kevin, Keith and Jeff.
