Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Joan Meyers (Akron, Ohio), born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 89, on April 6, 2025. She was predeceased by: her husband Dale W Meyers; and her parents, Harold Selter and Marguerite Selter of Toledo, Ohio.. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Giesel (Paul), Kirk Meyers (Pattie) and Karl Meyers (Aldo Guzman); her grandchildren, Jessica Epstein (Collin), Paul Giesel (Nikki), Sunny, Shelby, Sammi and Bodin Meyers; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Isabel and Addison Giesel. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Green (3813 Fortuna Dr, Akron, OH 44312).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to the Village of St. Edward Foundation, 3131 Smith Road, Fairlawn, Ohio 44333.
