She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Jones and Margaret Jones; her husbands, James Hays and Howard Boyles; her siblings, Beverly and Dennis; and her granddaughter Lindsey Rose Worner.

She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Ann Worner, Kimberly White, Kay Hays-Skidmore and Elizabeth Maude Hays; her sister Sandra Smith; her sisters-in-law, Linda Jones and Carol Lynn; her grandchildren, Sam Garcia, Bryan Hays, Elizabeth White, Carly, Amelia Skidmore and Mitchell Potts; and her great grandchild Chayton Garcia. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
