He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harker and Naomi Harker (Standridge); his birth mother Mercedes Reed; his brothers, Thomas Harker, James Fritz and Charles Reed, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Roy Milhoan.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalea Harker (Ramsey); his daughter Lisa Byrd (Carl); his sisters, Debra Milhoan, Shanna Kelly (Richard) and Sheri Reed; and his stepchildren, Melinda Schroeder (Jonathan), Selena Stanczyk (Michael), John Bergdorf (Brandi) and Zackary Bergdorf.
