He is survived by: his children, Misty Lackey (Bennett Wilson), Joshua Lackey and Justin Lackey; his grandson Tylar Lackey; his sister Loretta McCune; and his friends, Jeff, Michelle Wittman, John Eblon and Frankie Butera. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
