He is survived by: his father Tony Chadima; his children, Tommy Chadima (Jill) and Lindsey Suzelis (Tim Smith); his grandsons, Matthew, Luc, Aaron and Alexander; and his brothers, Bill Howell and Brett Bell. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
