She was predeceased by: her father Spencer Carr; her husband Walter Blackie; her son Thomas; her granddaughter Sharon Kehl; her great grandchild Sophia Polacheck; her sisters, Phyllis Lower (John), Francis Skinner (Jim) and Janice Centea (Henry); and her son-in-law Larry Strouble.
She is survived by: her children, Gary, David Blackie, Pamela Strouble and Marlene Polacheck (Don); her grandchildren, Lanier (Elizabeth), Mckinley, Gregory, Grayson Blackie, Denise Fiegenschuh (Matt), Lisa Ammon (Carl), Jennifer Weaver (Chad), Chris Polacheck (Karyn), Kristina Polacheck (Noah Johnston), Josh and Gianna Glassner; her great grandchildren, Ben, Brooke Fiegenschuh, Cora, Connor Wines, Christian, Carter, Cole Weaver and Ava Polacheck; and her daughter-in-law Cathy Blackie-Glassner (Rod). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
