It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alta Rose Yoak (Akron, Ohio), born in Tioga, West Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jarvis and Esther Jarvis (Miller); her husband Elvus Yoak; and her children, Darlene Rogers and Larry Kelly.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Kelly (Catherine); her grandson Greg Kelly; and her brother Roger Jarvis (Delores). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to visit Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 13 N. Canton Rd. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Rose's name to the charity of their choice.
