He is survived by: his mother Patricia Timberlake; his wife Lisa Timberlake (Affolter); his children, Maverik (Rebecca) and Madison; his siblings, Cindy Wendling (Joe) of Worthington, Deb Georgantis (Tom) of Worthington, Ohio and Brian (Lynn) of Fort Mills, S. C; and his parents-in-law, Greg Affolter (Ivy) and Michelle Hull (Wes). He is also survived by five nephews; one niece.
