He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony J. and Mary E. Horak; and his sister Janice Romanoski. He is survived by : his wife Suzanne Horak; his children, David Horak, Lisa Bryan, James Horak (Victoria), Tina Dimengo (Steven) and Sharon Weyls; his siblings, Virginia Knapp (Donald), Marianne Braddock (John), Richard Horak (Mary Ann) and Michelle Gause (Larry); his brother-in-law George Romanoski; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Laura, Christopher, Dillon and Tanner. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
