She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Caleb Mathena and Glenna Rae Mathena (Akers). She is survived by: her children, Jacob Augustin of Columbus and Jacqueline Augustin of Portsmouth; her sister Carol Mathena of Piketon; her niece Destiny Kraus (Wolfgang); her great-nephews, Kreid Patton and Sebastian Kraus; and her child Jerry Augustin.
