He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Zelek and Norma Zelek (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Linda Zelek; his daughter Danielle; his stepdaughter Melanie; and his siblings, Sharon Tobasco (Leo), Connie Matkovich (Joe) and Terry Zelek (Kelly). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
