He was predeceased by: his former wife Connie Stillwagon; and his siblings, Leonard Jr. Stillwagon, James Stillwagon, Billy, Peggy, Beverly Mansfield, Ethel Gale, Bonita Stillwagon and Janet Mansfield.
He is survived by: his wife Sherryl Benjamin Stillwagon; his siblings, Randy Stillwagon, John Stillwagon (Janie), Nancy Beach, Shirley Ridgeway and Mary Jane Abel; and his children, Kenneth Stillwagon, Pam Stillwagon and Joelle Collins. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews.
