He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Norris and Rhea Reeves Norris; his sons, Patrick and Jason Norris; his brothers, Michael, Kenny and Guy; and his nephew Curtis Welsh.
He is survived by: his wife Christine M. Norris; his children, Mark Norris and Rhea M. Baker (Jeff); his grandchildren, Danelle Royster (Cory), Ashton Norris, Emily Ladd (Stephen), Alex Norris, Kolbie and Jeffery Baker; and his sisters, Dawnette Ramey and Darla Haning (Ronnie). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
