He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry McConnaughey and Sandra McConnaughey (Minnich); and his grandparents, Charles, Blanche Smith, Jerry and Margene McConnaughey.
He is survived by: his significant other Robin Munro; his daughters, Christina Gordon (Dustin) of Jeffersonville and Ashley May McConnaughey of Washington, C. H.; his granddaughters, Carlee Ann and Caylee Marie Gordon; his brothers, Gary McConnaughey of Greenfield and Timothy McConnaughey of Greenfield; his half-brother Troy Minnich of Florida; his nephew Joshua McConnaughey; and his niece Jennifer McConnaughey.
