He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Peter and Betty June Paul Stemkowski, Sr.; his sister Mary Elizabeth Maziek; and his nephew Joseph C. Maziek. He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Ann Banfield (Russell) and Frances P. Hartman; his nephews, David and Tony; his niece Janel; his great-nieces, Cameron and Rylie; and also Lila June.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A vigil service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 7:45 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (141 S Marietta St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Catholic Church (415 37th St, Bellaire, OH 43906).
