She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lavitchka and Ann Wojnicki Lavitchka; her brother Joseph "Bud" Lavitchka; and her nephew Joe Lavitchka, Jr.. She is survived by: her friends, Carol Webb, Debbie Zeroski, Linda Owens and Cheryl Zamski.
