He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Cichon and Mary Dragos Cichon; and his siblings, Antoinette Baumgartner, Wanda Smith, Clara Jablonski, Walter Cichon, Carl Cihon and Robert Cichon.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Starosciak Cichon; and his children, Diane McCracken, David Cichon and Delane Molnar. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
