He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Webb and Marvalee Webb (Powell); his daughter Nora; and his grandmother Nora. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Hursey; his daughter Dana (Deron Jackson); his sisters-in-law, Donna Ball (Joe), Helen Emert (Fred) and Marian Stalter (Dale); his brother Tom Webb (Marcella); his nieces, Lori Lipsey and Jennifer Puckett; and his nephew Tom Webb.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or The Ohio State University Medical Center.
