She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kropka and Evelyn Kropka (Whittaker); and her brothers, Eugene, Walter, Jack and Larry Kropka.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond E. Dowdell; her children, Jody Mankamyer (Todd) of Culmerville, PA and Raymond R. "Rich" Dowdell (Pamela) of Brilliant, OH; her brothers, Roger Kropka of Martins Ferry, OH and Terry Kropka (Debbie) of Yorkville, OH; her grandchildren, Ashley, Shawn Mankamyer, Raymond Brandon Dowdell and Honorae Elizabeth Dowdell; and her great grandchild Braxton Raymond Dowdell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home - Smithfield (107 Hill St, Smithfield, OH 43948). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
