"Rich" Dowdell (Pamela) of Brilliant, OH; her brothers, Roger Kropka of Martins Ferry, OH and Terry Kropka (Debbie) of Yorkville, OH; her grandchildren, Ashley, Shawn Mankamyer, Raymond Brandon Dowdell and Honorae Elizabeth Dowdell; and her great grandchild Braxton Raymond Dowdell.
