She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kurucz Sr. and Mary Patsy Kurucz; her husband Harry Sawko; her son Frank Sawko; and her siblings, John, Robert, Andrew Kurucz, Margret Schmid, Dorothy Thomas, Elizabeth Staso and Mary Soha.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Sawko of Adena and Arlene Marie Sawko of St. Clairsville; and her grandchildren, Chad Sawko (Shannon) and Corisa Case (Drew). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
