Dorathy Jean DeLong Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorathy Jean DeLong of Adena, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Helms and Mary Bennington Helms; her husband Robert Edwin DeLong Sr.; her siblings, Paul Helms, Arnold Helms and Mildred Bell; and her granddaughter Bobbi Jo DeLong.

She is survived by: her children, Robert DeLong Jr. (Rose) of Adena, Cheryl Figurski (John) of Adena, Bill DeLong (Karla) of Adena, Donna Kniszek of Adena and Karen Perko (Scott) of Adena; and her brother Larry (Josephine). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
