He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Alexander and Ruth L. Blackburn (DeMint); and his brother George R. Alexander. He is survived by: his son Donald E. Alexander III of Mount Sterling; his stepchildren, Heather, Julia, Scott, Jennifer and Ryan; his siblings, Patricia "Patty" Blazer (Tom) of Lancaster, Forest M. Alexander (Susan) of Columbus and Byron L. Alexander of Ashland, OH; his nieces and nephews, Joshua Alexander, Chloe Alexander, Timothy Alexander, Melissa Alexander, Gary Brumfield and Jennifer Amen; and his former wife Jana Alexander. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; many cousins; special friend.
