He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Burlenski, Sr. and Katherine Burlenski (Androna); his daughter Lynette; his former wife Edith; his wife Alberta Burlenski (Hudimac); and his brothers, David and Richard.
He is survived by: his sons, Bob Burlenski (Tammy) of Adena and Ed Burlenski of St. Clairsville; his granddaughters, Monica Mann (Christin Arraujo) and Mara Bowman (Diane Kreptowski); his great grandchild Alyssa Hartory (Corbin); his siblings, Geraldine Zambori (Ron) and Dennis Burlenski (Donna); his sister-in-law Donna Burlenski; and his pet Trooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
