He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil H. Owens and Mary M. Owens (Shively); his wife Margaret C. Owens; and his daughter Margaret. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Owens (Linda) of Adena and Mickey Owens of Warwood; his brother Larry Owens (Alice) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Chris Owens (Jordan), Ashley Sproul (Derrick) and Andrew Owens (Samantha). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
