She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Ralph Dorrance and Florence "Priscilla" Dorrance (Tarr). She is survived by: her husband Elmer Borsos; her daughter Sherry Carter (Joe); her grandson Bjorn Carter (Samantha Borsos); and her sister Julia Mae Partridge (Neil) of Mechanicsville, VA..
