With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Fouch of Adelphi, Ohio, who passed away on October 25, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Fouch; and his parents, Doyle Fouch and Bonnie Fouch (Jackson). He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Fouch (Kimberly) and Nathan Fouch (Alena); his grandchildren, Dylan Fouch, Jeremiah Andrews (Mariah), Megan Fouch, Colt Andrews, Lillian Fouch, Nicholas Smith, Uriah Fouch and Ezra Fouch; his great grandchildren, Mahalia Lorenzo, Maverick Andrews and McKinley Fouch; his brothers, Greg Fouch (Sue-Ellen), Mark Fouch (Patty), Tim Fouch (Gale) and Chris Fouch (Laurie); his son Oliver C.; his cousin Matthew Dixon; and also Brandyn Street (Brittany). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
