He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Parks and Barbara Parks (Brunner); his wife Linda Parks of Adelphi; his son Paul Parks of Newark; his stepson Bryan Bailey of Adelphi; his brothers, Gary of Columbus, Greg Parks of Columbus and Steve Parks; and his stepson Dwaine Meade.
