She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Adkins and Barbara Adkins (Neff). She is survived by: her husband Stephen Doyle Fouch; her sons, Matthew Fouch (Kimberly) and Nathan Fouch (Alena); her grandchildren, Dylan Fouch, Megan Fouch, Jeremiah Andrews, Colt Andrews, Lillian Fouch, Nicholas Smith, Uriah Fouch and Ezra Fouch; her great grandchildren, Mahalia Lorenzo and Mavrick Andrews; her sisters, Chris Harney (Alan) and Robin Matson (Robert); her cousins, Louella Kerns and Janice Lytle; and her adoptive son Oliver C.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be made to any Missionary Outreach Program sponsored by Liberty Baptist Church in Chillicothe.
