He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Hunt and Irene Hunt (Julian); and his siblings, Theodore, Josephine, Patty, Rich Hunt and Mary Scarberry.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hunt (Smith); his children, Rebecca Stump (Jason) and Charles D. "Chip" Hunt Jr. (Julie); his grandchildren, Noah, Mahala, Zachary, Jordan, Katye, Ashton, Dakota and Cheyenne; and his siblings, Connie Hardbarger, Betty Lindsey, Phyllis Eichhorn, Doris McClure and Kay Pena.
Friends may call at the funeral home in Laurelville on Sunday from noon until 2:00 p. m. Covid 19 restrictions will be observed.
