He is survived by: his children, Rick Foraker (Melanie) and Billie Jo Bird (Ron); his brother Robert Foraker; his half-brother Pat Foraker; his sister Martha Hatfield; his grandchildren, Dustin Foraker (Nicole), Megan Mayle (Tramaine), Marissa Phanhthourath and Bryce Bird (Kelsey); and his great grandchildren, Kamarin, Klayton, Karson, Taylor, Trey and Airyanna.
