She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hitchcock and Eva Lucille Hitchcock (Mayer); and her husband Lee Lowder, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Earl Lowder (Chris) of Zanesville, Lee R. Lowder, III (Sue) of Adamsville, Debbie Murphy (Sean) of Zanesville and Sandra Dunlap (Robert) of Zanesville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
