She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Bud" Wortman; her daughter Lori A. Wortman; and her siblings, Elizabeth Dennis, Sr. (Lynn), Lala Bryan (Donald) and Harry Smith, Jr. (Carmen).

She is survived by: her son Gary Wortman (Michele) of Orrville, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Tyler Wortman and Kaitlin Chupp (Corey).
