He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Newton and Lola Gertrude King (Wickham); and his brothers, Dalton and Gene King. He is survived by: his children, Sonja Davis (James), John Jr. King (Traci) and Katrina King (Terry Corder); his grandchildren, Minda Peterson (Cody), Casey King (Keyonna), Breanna Davis, Kiersten Davis and Brooklyn Davis; his great grandchildren, Jace and Kolby Peterson; his sister Joy Parks (John); his friend Eddie Miller of Adamsville; and his pets, Lefty, Chi, Jupiter, Dusty, Righty and Missy.
