He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Clayton Carter and Nellie Mae Russell Carter; his son Adam Clayton Carter; his parents-in-law, Rosalie Kay Brewer and Arthur Merle Brewer; and his niece Brinley Kay Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Carter; his children, Forrest N. Carter Jr., Amanda Anderson and Sharon Carter; his stepson Ryan Alan Carter; and his sisters, Lois Horstman and Kathy Hilliard. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adamsville Global Methodist Church (8065 East St, Adamsville, OH 43802). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
