He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul O. Radcliffe and Alice Bell Radcliffe (Vensil); his stepfather Wilmer Ralph Shirer; and his brother Delbert P. Radcliffe. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Radcliffe (Cunion); his children, Donna Thompson (Tim), Keith Radcliffe (Debbie), James Radcliffe (Becky), Billy Radcliffe (Nercy) and Carol Addis (Brian); and his brother Homer Ralph Shirer. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
