It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Hayslip of Adams County, Ohio, born in Blue Creek, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sr. Hayslip and Ida Hayslip (Price); and his siblings, Robert, Gloria Jean and Lloyd (Junior).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mae Hayslip (Dillow); and his children, Donna Mayes (Greg) of Kettering, Julie Spriggs (Charles) of West Union, Ohio., Jason (Angela) of West Union, Ohio. and Bobby (Krista) of West Union, Ohio.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the East Liberty Church.
