She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Collins; her children, Freddie Yates and Jennifer Grooms; her grandson Dillion Grooms; and her brother David Setty.
She is survived by: her mother Wanda Belle Setty of Otway; her son Eric (Krystal Yates) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Jordan Yates of Cincinnati, Alexis Grooms of West Union, Summer Stephenson of West Union and Pierce Yates of McDermott; her siblings, James Crum (Mariam) of West Union, Carmelia (Rick Ross) of Otway and Tina Collins Moore of Kentucky; her nephew James Crum III; and her nieces, Mariah (Brandon Stephenson), Melissa (Rob Briggs) and Jaylee Crum (Frank Trimble).
In lieu of flowers, Bonnie's family is requesting donations be made to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
