She is survived by: her spouse Herbert D. Spallinger; her daughters, Kelly Massillo (Rory) of Ada, Kathy Purcell (Bobby) of Kenton, Karen Goodwin of Lima and Kerry Fuller (Shawn) of Lima; her grandchildren, Kye Massillo (Andrea), Danielle Ward (Chris), Jake Purcell (Jesse), Lindsey Howard (Shawn), Daniel Goodwin (Renee), Sean Goodwin (Holly), Lauren Gilgenbach (Jeff) and Reed Fuller; and her brother John Knell (Linda) of Cleveland.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and/or the American Heart Association.
