He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Busick; his children, Thomas Dean Dodge (Joyce) of Ada, Robert Gail Dodge (Ruth Ann) of Findlay, William R. Dodge, II (Linda) of Ada, Cynthia L. Dodge of Mansfield, Connie L. LaRue (David) of Ada and Susan Annette Ringle (Alan) of Sand Springs, OK; and his grandchildren, Scott Dodge (Teia), Michael Dodge, Natalie Leonard, Kreg Dodge (Kenzi), Adam Dodge, Nathan Dodge (Courtney), Morgan Dodge, Mark Ringle (Brittany) and Aaron Ringle (Kaylee). He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; a brother.
