She was predeceased by: her father Grover Hicks; her husband Robert Ray Hawkins; her son Ron Haywood; and her granddaughter Hannah Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Robert R. Hawkins, Jr. (Ruth) of North Tonawanda, NY, Jeff Hawkins (Kelly) of Cape Coral, FL and Kim Spangler (Kris) of Ada; her sisters, Sue Nelson of Kenton and Betty Nabal (Don) of Williamsville, NY; her grandchildren, Rob, Ryan, Reed Hawkins (Aylssa), Kaylee (Collin Poling), Kolton Spangler, Louis and Roxie Haywood; and her great grandchildren, Cohen, Kasen Poling and Noa Hawkins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
