He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Frazier and Jean Frazier (Gross); his spouse Tonya Frazier; his children, Cody Frazier (Jamie) of Omaha, NE, Justin Frazier of Ada and Cayce Archer (Shannon) of Ada; his grandchildren, Savannah Archer, Rylee Frazier and Kaylee Frazier; and his siblings, Todd Frazier (Michele) of Ada and Deb Williams (John) of Alger.
